TASKI Innovation Days
TASKI Innovation Days was a multi-day event where Perz Media provided full production support, including a promotional video, event highlight and testimonial videos, event photography, and on-site AV support. The project focused on capturing key moments, sharing attendee experiences, and creating versatile content that could be used both during the event and in post-event marketing.
Promotional Video
A pre-event promotional video built as a personal invitation from a TASKI team member. The video focused on creating a direct, authentic connection with attendees while highlighting the purpose, value, and experience of Innovation Days to drive interest and participation.
Event Highlight & Testimonial Videos
Planned and produced recap and testimonial videos capturing key moments, demonstrations, and attendee feedback. Our team developed the recap video script in advance, allowing us to capture footage with intention and deliver a cohesive, story-driven edit that extended the impact of the event.
Event Photography
Comprehensive event photography focused on people, interactions, and product demonstrations. The images were captured for versatility, supporting marketing, internal communications, and post-event promotion.
On-Site AV Support
Live audiovisual support to ensure presentations, video playback, and event production ran smoothly. This included coordination and technical execution to support speakers, content delivery, and overall event experience.
